All of the Woodbridge Town Clerks are notaries, and documents may be notarized in the Town Clerk's Office during regular office hours, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. No appointment is needed. Most documents, excluding wills, can be notarized here, and witnesses are available as needed. A photo ID must be presented as proof of identity. Arrangements may be made to accommodate the home-bound and those at assisted living facilities. This is a service we provide free of charge to town residents only; as of 7/1/25 there is a fee of $5 per document for nonresidents, cash or check only.
