In March, the Woodbridge Board of Assessment Appeals will hear appeals relating to assessments for Real Property and Personal Property on the October 1, 2024 Grand List. For an appeal to be heard, an Appeal Application must be completed and returned to the Assessor’s Office no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
Applications and Application Instructions are located on the Board of Assessment Appeals page on the Town website. Carefully read the application instructions before submitting an application.
The annual appeal meetings are scheduled to be held:
• Tuesday, March 11, 6-9 pm
• Wednesday, March 12, 6-9 pm
• Wednesday, March 26, 6-9 pm
Remember to include with the Appeal Application all documents to support your claim or an appraiser’s analysis of your property value based on the October 1, 2024 revaluation year comparable sales. Comparable sales are those of similar style, size, and location and must be from the year ending October 1, 2024.
