Stay fit! Beginning June 9, you may follow your favorite Woodbridge Center instructor, Laurie Luce, for exercise class! Tune in to local access TV Channel 79 on both Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 am. The 10 am class will air again at 4 pm - so you won’t miss out! Eight classes, June 9 through July 2! Please send $2 for each class viewed to The Woodbridge Center, 11 Meetinghouse lane, Woodbridge, CT. This $2 fee will help defray the cost of the instructor.
