Four Vaccine Clinics: Human Services will host multiple vacci
ne clinics this fall beginning on September 27, 10 am-2 pm, continuing on October 7, 10 am -2 pm, and October 25, 9 am- 1 pm. Three clinics, held in partnership with Valley Pharmacy, will have flu vaccine, both high dose (65+) and regular dose, the newly formulated COVID vaccine (18+) (Pfizer and Moderna- fall 2024), RSV vaccine (60+), Shingles vaccine -Shingrix (50+), and Pneumonia vaccine-Prevnar 20 (65+). Preregistration is required for each clinic. All insurance will be accepted. Please call 203-389-3429 for an appointment and for location information.Additionally, there will be a clinic on November 1, 1-3 pm for flu vaccine (high and regular dose) in partnership with Orange VNA. This clinic is a walk-in only, no appointment necessary. Accepted insurances are Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Connecticare, and traditional Medicare.
