Food Collection at the Concert on the Green: Woodbridge Recreation, in conjunction with Woodbridge Human Services, will have a non-perishable food collection at the Concert on the Green on Tuesday, July 16th to benefit the Woodbridge Food Pantry. Bring a donation and get a chance to win tickets to Quassy Amusement Park!
Specific Food Pantry Items Are Needed! Thank you to Woodbridge residents for their ongoing generosity with food donations to the Woodbridge Food pantry. The food pantry needs specific items including canned food donations of chicken, salmon, and fruit. Also needed is coffee (regular), shelf stable milk, canola/olive oil, oatmeal, breakfast cereals, rice, salad dressing, pasta sauce, snacks, crackers, cookies, laundry detergent (including HE), toothpaste, deodorant, mouthwash, cleaning products, toilet paper and paper towels.
Please check food expiration dates prior to donating. Donations are accepted year-round, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, at Woodbridge Human Services located in Room 14, Center Building. Call 203-389-3429 for more information.
