Features
The Health & Wellness Center offers Stair Master, Life Cycle Bike and Treadmill, 16 Station Universal, Nautilus Equipment, Extensive Free Weight Equipment, and a Knowledgeable Staff.
Cancellation Notifications
In case of inclement weather, watch Channels 3, 8, 30, 61, or their websites, for cancellation notification or try calling the Health & Wellness Center at 203-389-3453
Holidays:
The Health & Wellness Center is CLOSED on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter.
Health & Wellness Center Fee Schedule good through June 2025
The Health & Wellness Center is family oriented and offers its facilities to family members above the age of 8. Family members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. For membership, pleases complete the Health & Wellness Center Release and Risk Form and return with payment to the Recreation Department.
Current Memberships expire on July 1st.
