Beth Heller's First Selectman's Column

As January turns into February, I’d like to take the opportunity to share with you some observations on my journey so far as your First Selectman.  As I stepped into office just over six months ago, I had three top priorities for my work on behalf of all the people of Woodbridge.

As January dawns, our Town’s annual budget setting process for the 2018-2019 fiscal year is in full swing, and we are also mid-way through our current fiscal year that ends June 30th. 

I would like to wish everyone a very happy holiday season. As we pause at year’s end to reflect, spend time with family and friends, and think about the coming year, I am reminded of how special our small town is.
