The Zoning Board of Appeals meeting was about to receive one application, but explained why it might be continued until December.  The Town Plan & Zoning special meeting (to update regulations following the 2015 Plan of Conservation & Development) occurred during the 4.5-hour Board of Selectmen meeting; without staff to control the camera, little can be seen, but it should be mostly audible.  A version with the consultant's presentation included may be put together in the near future.
