- Aerobics Class: Offered Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10-11am, in The Center Café. Come enjoy a complete aerobic, cardio and strength training workout to a variety of music with Laura Richling leading the class. Bring your own 1 or 2 pound hand weights, if you have them, to use during the class. There is a $3 fee paid at the beginning of each class.
- Pickleball:
Courts are available Monday through Friday, 12:30-3:30 pm in the Center Building gym and 7 days per week outside, weather permitting. All levels are welcome. There is an annual fee of $20 for residents, $25 for non-residents payable at the beginning of each calendar year or upon registering.
- T’ai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance (TJQ:MBB) Mondays and Fridays beginning September 18 2 (48 class) sessions: 10-11 am and 11 am – 12 pm Center Building Gymnasium Fee: $96.00 for entire session ($2/class) Improve your balance, mobility and daily functioning while preventing falls with this popular, evidenced-based therapeutic movement program, offered in partnership with the CT Healthy Living Collective and funded in part by the CT Department of Aging and Disability Services State Unit on Aging. Participants meet twice a week with local instructor Bill Bannick. No previous Tai Ji Quan experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome! You must sign up with The Center for full ($96.00) session. Class is dependent on pending funding approval. - Book Club:
1st Tuesday of each month, 11 am - 12 pm, in The Woodbridge Town Library meeting room or on Zoom. New members are always welcome. Contact Jennifer Sullivan (203-389-3487) for more information or if you are interested in attending.

- Computer Lab:
Monday through Friday, 10 am - 2 pm, Center Building, room 11. Computers are available for two hour use per day/person. Two person limit in computer lab. Printing is available (first 5 pages free)/ Preregistration is required.
- Craft Group:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am - 12 pm in The Center Lounge. Bring your current knitting or crocheting project to work on while enjoying a lovely time socializing.
- Popcorn and a Movie

View a variety of movie genres from recently released to classics on Tuesdays and Thursdays with freshly popped popcorn at The Center.

- Snow Globe Vase Craft

- Painting for Pleasure Art Class with local artist Carole Abbate
Mondays, 10 am - 12 pm, beginning September 11, The Center Cafe Create paintings of your choice as Carole helps inspire beginners to intermediates to paint with acrylics or watercolors. Bring in a picture or a photo for inspiration. No experience is necessary. Call to sign-up for this 6-week, $36 class. Sessions run concurrently with classes prorated if applicable. Please call to register.
- Pinochle:
Thursdays, 1:30-4 pm, in The Center Lounge. Beginners are welcome!
- Mahjongg
Mondays and Fridays, 10-11:30 am, The Center Lounge

- Ask the Nurse Program with OVNA, Second Tuesday of the month in The Center Consultation Office, Center Café
A registered nurse from Orange Visting Nurse Association (OVNA) will be available to monitor your blood pressure, check your weight, and answer questions to help guide your health and wellness.
- Ask a Cardiology PA (Physician’s Assistant) Program with Becket Greten-Harrison - Fourth Thursday of the month in The Center Consultation Office, Center Café
Becket Greten-Harrison, PA and founder of Hearts at Home, will be available on the 4th Thursday of every month to help answer questions and concerns about your health, check vital signs including blood pressure, and perform a brief exam upon request. Consultations are private, informal, and strictly confidential. No notes or other personal information will be saved.

Call 203-389-3430 to sign-up for a 1:1 session in The Center's computer lab with patient, knowledgeable, Amity High School student volunteers. No Fee. Suspended over the summer.
- AARP Smart Driver Class
Wednesday, November 15, 9 am - 1 pm, The Center Lounge; Fee: $20 for members, $25 for non-members
This course teaches proven driving techniques to help keep you and your loved ones safe on the road. It may also provide a multi-year discount on your auto insurance. Please RSVP with The Center.
