To obtain futher information on the services available, visit their website at: www.agencyonaging-scc.org Woodbridge Human Services offers an array of services to the residents of Woodbridge;Fuel Assistance, Emergency Food Assistance, Adult Health Clinic, Volunteer Support Programs, Medical Equipment Closet, Municipal Agent services for the Town of Woodbridge, providing information, referral, and outreach concerning health and social programs available to residents. In addition, the Municipal Agent is available to assist older persons with ConnPACE and ConnMAP applications. Woodbridge Senior Center The Center is a multi-purpose center, providing a program of health, recreational, educational, and social activities for residents 60 years and older. Elderly Services include educational, recreational and social programs, an Elderly Luncheon Program and Elderly Transportation Program. Woodbridge Youth Services provides opportunities for youth to develop positively and to function as responsible members of their community.
