Kripalu Chair yoga is safe for all body types and for any level. This class combines seated exercises, standing balance exercises at the chair and simple standing poses using the chair for balance. Equipment will be provided but if you have a mat, foam block or strap, please bring it to class.
The first class is free followed by a 10 week session on Wednesdays, in the Center Building from 1- 2:15 pm for $50.
Class dates are as follows: February 14, 21, 28, March 7, 14, 21, 28, April 4,11, 25 and May 9th (snow date on May 16th if needed).
