Got spring fever? Time to clear your body and mind of winter residues and blocks, and prepare for the active warm days ahead! Concoct (and take home!) a 16 ounce jar featuring the wild edibles of spring and sample a variety of tonic recipes.
New England colonists looked forward to foraging for wild greens that appeared under melting snow during the first days of spring. Fresh spring greens were not only healthy but also a welcome treat after a long winter of pickled, salted and dried foods.
