This workout includes a combination of strength training, cardio, flexibility and balance exercise. Bring weights if you have them. Classes are held in the Center Gym Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 -11 a.m. No need to sign up - fee is $2 per class. Join us for a great workout!
AARP Smart Driver Course
The American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) offers driver safety classes throughout the year in The Woodbridge Center lounge.
The 4 hour course is designed to meet the specific needs of drivers 50 years of age and older. It covers age-related physical changes, declining perceptual skills, rules of the road, and license renewal requirements. Cost: $15 for AARP members, $20 for non-members; checks payable to AARP are collected by the instructor. Please bring your valid drivers license.
